Monash IVF Cremorne is a state-of-the-art facility designed to offer a seamless and comprehensive fertility care experience. Bringing together day surgery, laboratory facilities, ultrasound, and consulting clinics under one roof, it supports every stage of the fertility journey—from health checks and genetic testing to andrology services and fertility treatments. The clinic also accommodates Monash IVF’s executive administration team. Positioned as the flagship location for Victoria, the facility is situated within a new multi-level office building on Church Street, Cremorne, with full-height glazing on three sides and expansive city views to the west.

Studio STH collaborated with Monash IVF to create a thoughtful design that prioritizes the patient journey. The layout features clearly defined zones for the Consulting Clinic, Day Surgery, Andrology and Embryology Laboratories, and Executive Administration, ensuring a streamlined and efficient experience for both patients and staff.

The interiors reflect Monash IVF’s corporate branding through a calming color palette of soft, neutral tones paired with contemporary finishes. Timber elements and carefully selected furnishings in the reception, waiting areas, and consulting rooms contribute to a soothing, home-like atmosphere, helping patients feel comfortable and at ease.

The facility also includes a well-appointed administration area, complete with meeting rooms and a spacious staff kitchen, providing a practical and welcoming workspace for the executive team.
