With nearly 40 years of experience, Bill Kaloudis oversees Studio STH’s Sydney studio, supporting the team across various projects and maintaining a detailed, big-picture approach to architecture. His passion lies in designing facilities that create real change, especially in healthcare, where staff and patients benefit from thoughtfully crafted spaces.

Bill is driven by the belief that architecture should have a clear narrative, rooted in listening to the needs of end-users. He has a particular interest in mental health design and is proud of projects like the Marie Bashir Mental Health Centre and Port Macquarie Hospital, which significantly improved patient outcomes. 

Outside of architecture, Bill is a hands-on creator, having built houses, boats, furniture, and musical instruments. Bill is also passionate about the outdoors, enjoying time cycling, mountain biking, and fly fishing.
