"My approach is to listen first, then act. I enjoy engaging directly with end users to understand their key drivers, workflows and processes. Communication is key."
Championing wellbeing in design is at the heart of what Anna does. Her approach is characterised by a deep sense of empathy, and a drive to understand the needs of the people who will inhabit the spaces she designs. She actively seeks out opportunities to incorporate evidence-based design principles and research to inform her decisions, ensuring a range of perspectives are considered.
Anna has been at STH for more than 14 years, and believes teamwork and collaboration are the cornerstones of a successful project. She’s known by colleagues and clients alike for her patience, supportiveness, and dedication to delivering the best possible outcomes.
Anna’s passion for architecture was clear at a young age when she discovered her love for drawing house plans and delved into books about buildings. This early interest led to a lifelong fascination to enhance human experiences.
