Stephanie Bahr

Steph Bahr is an interior designer with a solution-oriented mindset and a passion for community-driven design. Her responsibilities include documentation, BIM management, integrating client feedback, creating interior schemes, researching products, and coordinating with engineers and suppliers for various projects. 

Her unique perspective is shaped by personal experiences, including her grandparents’ mobility challenges, which influence her empathetic design thinking. Steph is passionate about bringing people together, promoting peer-to-peer learning, and mentoring others in the architecture and design community. She enjoys working closely with clients to understand their needs and collaborate on solutions that improve daily experiences.

Steph’s design philosophy emphasises functionality, simplicity, and incorporating natural elements into her work. Inspired by nature and biophilic design, Steph strives to create spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also beneficial for long-term, everyday use.
