Simona is a Director at STH with over 20 years of experience in the architecture and design industries, both locally and internationally. Specialising in healthcare, education, retail, residential, and hospitality projects, she has developed a deep understanding of design, planning, and stakeholder management. Her expertise spans from concept through to completion, with a focus on health planning, urban design, and site planning. 

Simona’s strong communication skills and collaborative approach ensure successful project outcomes, fostering positive relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. Since 2018, she has been a key member of the architectural consultant panel for the Private Hospital Unit at the Department of Health and Human Services Victoria, assessing architectural plans and conducting site inspections.
