Currently, she is responsible for liaising with engineers, attending user group meetings, and ensuring seamless document deliveries. Known for her calm approach, Ethan prioritises meticulous detail and effective time management in every aspect of their work.

With five years of industry experience spanning China and Australia, Ethan is passionate about the positive impact of architecture on people’s lives. She finds fulfillment in creating spaces that genuinely improve user experience and enhance well-being, particularly in healthcare design. Inspired from a young age by a love for buildings, Ethan’s focus on health projects began during the COVID pandemic, as she saw architecture’s role in supporting public health.
